TWO PARC CENTRAL

This is the future Two Parc Central office building, which is being built by our client Dragados SA in the 22@ district of Barcelona.

STRUNOR has developed an bespoke unitised curtain wall system for this project, in collaboration with our partner METRA, which will allow the incorporation of a variety of claddings, including UHPC (Ultra-High Performance Concrete).

The batlleiroig design is inspired by aspects of 22@’s industrial past and is designed to obtain the highest certifications in terms of sustainability (LEED Gold), employee wellbeing (WELL Gold) and technology (WiredScore Gold).

Once again STRUNOR will collaborate with ENAR Envolventes Arquitectónicas in this project promoted by DOSPUNTOS ASSET MANAGEMENT S.L. and  expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
