Victoria Regina Tower
STRUNOR will deliver the unitised curtain wall facade of the Victoria Regina Tower for East Flanders inverstor Baltisse.
The 22 storeys high tower block was formerly home to the IBM headquarters in Brussels. Located in the financial district and bordering with the Botanical Gradens, the tower is currently being redeveloped to provide a high quality mixed use building comprising office space, hotel, restaurant and a penthouse bar.
Our scope comprises the complete façade, mostly unitized curtain wall featuring structurally bonded glazing and decorative elements of solid aluminium cassettes and engineered marble, materials which will also be present in the rainscreen areas.
