STRUNOR will carry out the refurbishment works of the 38 Brussels Avenue Office Building in Alcobendas, Madrid, after reaching an agreement with main contractor Acciona.

This regenerative scheme drawn by prestigious architectural practice Estudio Álvarez Sala for investing society Axiare aims to maximise natural lighting inside the building through the use of a double skin glass facade.
