Victoria Regina Tower

STRUNOR will deliver the unitised curtain wall facade of the Victoria Regina Tower for East Flanders inverstor Baltisse.

The 22 storeys high tower block was formerly home to the IBM headquarters in Brussels. Located in the financial district and bordering with the Botanical Gradens, the tower is currently being redeveloped to provide a high quality mixed use building comprising office space, hotel, restaurant and a penthouse bar.

Our scope comprises the complete façade, mostly unitized curtain wall featuring structurally bonded glazing and decorative elements of solid aluminium cassettes and engineered marble, materials which will also be present in the rainscreen areas.

New office building in Madrid for investor Citrus Limited

Our company has been awarded the contract for the execution of the facades of the new office building in Madrid for investor Citrus Limited S.L. The project, designed by architectural practice Touza Arquitectos, is located in Pozuelo, Madrid, and consists on a single L-shaped volume to a total height of three floors plus ground floor and penthouse.

Touza Architects have designed a façade in which a wide variety of construction solutions, such as a stick aluminium curtain wall, an external skin featuring large aluminium slats, aluminium rainscreen, dry façade with sandwich panel, aluminium joinery and perforated aluminium plate cladding. Some 9,000 m2 of facade solutions conform our scope for this singular office building.

New building at 22@ in Barcelona

STRUNOR will carry out the facade works of the 36 Tangier Street building at the 22@ district of Barcelona

STRUNOR has been chosen for the execution of the office building in the 22@ in Barcelona. Once again, general contractor OHL and architectural practice Batlle i Roig have trusted our company for the realisation of the facades of their projects, on this contemporary office building for investor ESECETANGER S.L.

The works consist of the design, manufacture and installation of an inner skin of stick curtain wall characterized by the large dimensions on the glazing units in the vision areas, which will grant to the offices a great sensation of amplitude and luminosity, as well as the cladding of the spandrel areas with ceramic pieces of terracotta of large dimensions, for which it has been necessary to implement an ad hoc solution for the project.

The façade is completed with an external skin featuring a powdercoated maintenance catwalk and an external skin with bespoke extruded aluminium slats, all of the above in compliance with the highest quality standards, to achieve the WELL Building Standard certification for the building.

New contract in Agustín de Foxá Street.

STRUNOR has been awarded a new contract to work on the envelope of the new office building being built on Calle Agustín de Foxá in Madrid.

In the heart of the capital’s skyline, this new building has been designed by architect Pedro Sentieri for Group RKV. With this new building, the architect completes a magnificent complex in the Plaza Castilla, as he is also the designer of the two hotels that flank both sides of the Castellana at its junction with Agustín  de Foxá St..

The facade of 4-10 Agustín de Foxá will preserve the aesthetics of the adjacent buildings. It will present over 5,000 sqm of stick curtain wall with glazing bonded to a carrier frame and open joints, and incorporates some 460 windows projected windows.
