FITENI

FITENI VII OFFICE BUILDING

STRUNOR has secured the development and execution of Phase II of the refurbishment of Fiteni VII Office Building in Madrid.

We are currently successfully completing Phase I of this project, and are very pleased that both the investor and the design team, are once again placing their trust in our company for this next stage of the work.

In this second phase, like in the first, we will proceed with the cladding of the façade with aluminium composite panel in two colours, white and metallic grey, combined in a suitable way to optimise the visual effect of this dichromy.

The external joinery will also be replaced by new highly insulated aluminium joinery and high-performance coated glass, and thus considerably contributing to increase the comfort inside.

Finally, we have opted to include a faceted curtain wall to highlight the curved area of the building.

The goal is that the combination of these elements results in a visually attractive, practical and functional façade for this refurbishment project.

77 VIVIENDAS EN AVENIDA PLAZA EUROPA, 14

77 viviendas en Avda. Plaza Europa, 14 is a residential building with a singular façade, whose promoter is Neinor Homes, and who has trusted in the constructor BYCO construcciones, and in ourselves for the execution of their work. This building combines in an appropriate and unbeatable way, with the environment in which it is located in Hospitalet de Llobregat, a business centre area, and high standing housing.

Like any residential construction, it has carpentries for each one of the rooms that compose the housing, but in current and industrialized colors with glasses with layers of thermal protection, that confer a good interior conditioning and an unbeatable aesthetic aspect to him.

Yes to this. We add that, although it is not a business building, what would simply be railings for terraces has been “transformed” into a framed curtain wall with a design that emphasises the verticals. All this gives the building a modern and avant-garde appearance, making the whole complex in accordance with the environment in which it is located.

MULTI TOWER BROUCKERE BUILDING

The prestigious Belgian construction company Cordeel has contracted STRUNOR to build the Multi Tower Brouckere building located in Le Quartier Multi in Brussels, Belgium.

The 18-storey office building, located in the centre of Le Quartier Multi, is considered to be the main link that unites the area. To provide it with light, openness and transparency, a glass type with a very low G-value and a light aluminium frame was chosen, allowing it to be easily blend into the environment. High-quality materials, light colours, structured details and non-reflecting glass windows will transform the existing dark tower into a building that acts as an interconnection for Le Quartier Multi.
